ADMISSION PROCESS
STEP 1

STEP 2
Fill in an online contact form (this process is totally free and don't undertake you to anything) in order to get a copy of our Educational Project and the Internal Rules and Regulations.
STEP 3
Complete the provided application form and mail it to contact@bemontessori.be. An application fee of 150€ is due at the time of the application. After a few days, we will invite you to set up an appointment by phone or videoconference to explain more deeply our project and to answer your questions.
STEP 4
If possible, a meeting with the child and the family is scheduled in order to prepare for her integration in the group. At this step, if the application is rejected by the school, for any reason, the application fees are refunded*.
STEP 5
Not later than the first working day of June, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your application. In case of it is accepted, please email back the signed enrollment contract and make the payment for the material fees and the installment for the first month. Upon receipt of your enrollment deposit, we will hold a place for your child in our program.
STEP 6
Join the wonderful community of like-minded parents, attend a weekend on the Montessori philosophy (offered by our school) and connect with us on social media.
